IBTCI has specialized in monitoring and verifying supply chains, presenting dashboards for donors, involving various humanitarian supplies in the field. IBTCI has assessed the management and storage of therapeutic goods, goods and Tuberculosis supplies in countries like Yemen, Ethiopia and Syria. Currently, IBTCi is exploring innovations in logistics and strategic risk mitigation using cutting-edge technologies, including warehouse sensors, bluetooth low-energy beacons, drones and satellite imagery.
IBTCI has expertise in procurement of goods and services and has provided technical assistance to improve procurement processes of partner agencies. IBTCI’s research with the MCC has helped the MCC in improving the design of its partner’s procurements.
