Mr. Ajay S. Kalotra is the President and Chief Executive Officer for IBTCI.  Most recently, he has served as Project Director and Quality Control Officer on programs covering a myriad of subjects including:  bank restructuring, counter-insurgency, global health, mission-wide and whole of government monitoring and evaluations, public financial management, procurement, and social accountability.   Most notably, Mr. Kalotra served as the Project Director of the qualitative evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of the USAID/Iraq Community Stabilization Program (CSP) as a non-lethal tool for counterinsurgency (COIN).  The evaluation included assessment of the complementarity of the CSP model as a non-lethal tool for counter-insurgency and for contributing toward stability in conflict situations.  Previously at IBTCI, he has served as Director of Banking and Finance and Head of Business Development.

Prior to joining IBTCI, he served as Head of the U.S. Office of a boutique financial research firm with primary operations in U.S., U.K., and Singapore.  He managed acquired companies integration into the world wide group of companies.  His primary responsibilities included the content design and management of foreign exchange, fixed income and equities research delivered through intranet, internet and mobile platforms. He also spearheaded the business to business and business to consumer global sales teams as well as the U.S. based traditional sales team to sell side and buy-side institutions. Mr. Kalotra holds a MBA from Cambridge University, U.K., and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, U.S.A.
