He has over 20 years of experience in recruitment, business development, program management, and human resource management for programs funded by a wide range of international and domestic clients. He has over 10 years of extensive experience in full life cycle recruiting processes for technical projects and home office staff across various sectors.
As the Director, Talent Acquisition, Safi’s primary focus is maintaining a strong knowledge of best practices in recruiting and introducing innovative recruiting techniques. Safi has a master’s degree in Professional Studies focused on Geographical Environmental Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and he is a Certified Project Management Professional.
