Ahmad Safi

Ahmad Safi is the Director, Talent Acquisition. He has over 20 years of experience in recruitment,
business development, program management, and human resource management for programs funded
by the U.S. Agency for International Development, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and
Millennium Challenge Corporation. He has over 10 years of extensive experience in full life cycle
recruiting processes for technical projects and home office staff across a broad range of international
development sectors.
As the Director, Talent Acquisition, Safi’s primary focus is maintaining strong knowledge of best
practices in recruiting and introducing innovative recruiting techniques. Safi has a master’s degree in
Professional Studies focused on Geographical Environmental Science from the University of Maryland,
Baltimore, and he is Certified Project Management Professional by PMI.
