Yemen Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning Program II (YMELP II)

We are thrilled to announce that IBTCI has been awarded the Yemen Monitoring and Evaluation Program II contract by the USG.

This five-year contract (two base years with three option years), started in April 2024 and may run through April 2029. YMELP II represents IBTCI’s continued dedication to delivering essential monitoring and evaluation services in Yemen. The contract will support USG/BHA’s programs in addressing priority needs such as food assistance, health, nutrition, WASH, and protection activities.

The YMELP II contract will focus on six main areas: establishing and implementing a third-party monitoring system; collecting and providing impartial primary data to BHA and its implementing partners; collecting beneficiary feedback; completing data quality assessment; providing learning opportunities for BHA and IPs; and conducting evaluations of BHA programming.

This contract builds upon our successful implementation of the Yemen Monitoring and Evaluation Program from 2019-2023. With our extensive history and presence in Yemen since 2010, IBTCI is uniquely positioned to drive meaningful impact in Yemen. We look forward to making a positive difference in Yemen through our dedicated efforts.
