Centers for Disease Control and Prevention International Technical, Operational and Professional Support Services 4 IDIQ

We are thrilled to announce that IBTCI has been awarded the International Technical, Operational and Professional Support Services 4.0 (ITOPSS 4) contract, a five-year Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a 45 million dollar ceiling. This contract provides the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with global health technical specialists for short-term and long-term durations, running from 2023 through 2028.

As a leading provider of technical assistance and support services, we are excited about this new  partnership with CDC to support the agency’s mission to protect the health and safety of people in the United States and around the world. With our team of experts and extensive experience in global health, we are confident in our ability to provide the highest level of support and expertise to the CDC.

Under this contract, IBTCI and our partners, the Public Health Institute (PHI) and Integral Global, will provide a range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Technical assistance and support for global health programs and initiatives
  • Short-term and long-term technical specialists in various fields such as epidemiology, laboratory science, health communication, and program management
  • Support for the development and implementation of global health policies and protocols
  • Training and capacity building for CDC staff and partners
