Mike Doyle is a hands-on human resources leader with a deep background in compensation, benefits, performance management and total rewards. Mike brings over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Prior to IBTCI, Mike served as a leader in multiple industries leading the Human Resources Department, which includes prior government contracting companies and DoD. He has holistically examined, recommended, and implemented innovative rewards approaches that drive change, competitively position companies, and improve the overall employee value proposition.

As the Director of Human Resources, Mike’s primary focus is our employees. He is focused on automation, engaging the workforce, and providing HR-based solutions to address the needs of the company and our employees. Mike has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management with a concentration in organizational development, and he is a Senior Certified Professional at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
