I am an intelligence and security professional with more than 15 years of experience in the field of intelligence, security and risk management. Specializing in mitigating risk to assets, confidential information, and personnel through security audits and assessments in high-risk environments. Prior to joining IBTCI in 2015, my clients included BAE Systems, Bearing Point, Deloitte, Schlumberger, Rolls Royce, and Willbros Group, Inc. I possess a broad knowledge of training client personnel, in crisis and incident management, Hostile Environment Awareness Training, personal security, security management, and physical security. I am a results-oriented manager with strong interpersonal and organizational skills used to providing 24/7 support, for emergency situations and crisis response while working in CONUS and OCONUS. I previously served in the British Army for 22 years mostly in the Intelligence Corps and conducted operations with UK Special Forces in Northern Ireland and Berlin, as well as operating alongside UK security and intelligence service agencies in Northern Ireland, Berlin, and Cyprus. After leaving the army, I spent 10 years as the Senior Risk Advisory Manager for a Global Private Security Company, operating in Afghanistan and Iraq before coming to the USA in 2008. Where I also conducted operations in Egypt, Libya and Pakistan. I have a passion for my work and thoroughly enjoy my job at IBTCI. Since an injury on the pitch ended my rugby playing days, my new hobbies are focused on triathlons, and giving back to the community thru work with Team RWB; a veteran’s charity and the Core Foundation; who help others help themselves.
