Drawing from our deep bench of in-house global health experts and network of trusted consultants, IBTCI quickly mobilizes resources to address a wide range of health areas.  We cover topics such as infectious diseases — including Ebola, TB and HIV/AIDS — as well as PEPFAR-funded initiatives that help orphans and vulnerable children.  Beyond monitoring and evaluation, we address other health systems strengthening pillars including expenditure analyses, results-based financing, willingness to pay, human resources for health, and supply chain. Our work also covers water, sanitation and hygiene.  Our technical experts span across departments and are versed  in these and other areas including nutrition, micronutrients, and fortification.

IBTCI has developed conceptual models to objectively measure some of development’s most pernicious challenges.  We create analytical frameworks tailored to the needs of the client. One of our frameworks measures the sustainability of a health system alongside other ecosystems because we understand that health is not implemented in a vacuum.  Our Quality of Care Measurement Index examines the supply and demand sides of delivering services that affect health outcomes. Another example of a measurement framework examines the level of integration of agriculture interventions into a health program.  As well, we developed a Capacity Building Success Meter to measure local partner capacity to conduct research and evaluation.

Our clients receive the individualized attention they deserve so that our products and services speak directly to their needs.
