USAID OFDA Evaluation of the OFDA Response to the Ebola Virus Disease in Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone ◊ $2,934,238 ◊ October 2016 – October 2017 ◊ Evaluate the relevance, coordination, timeliness, and effectiveness of the US Government’s response to the Ebola Virus Disease outbreak in West Africa.

USAID/East Africa Somalia Program Support Services (SPSS) ◊ $24 million ◊ August 2014 – July 2019 ◊ Provide ongoing monitoring, verification and evaluation support to USAID/Somalia by delivering timely qualitative and quantitative data.

USAID/Iraq Performance Management and Support Program (PMSP) ◊ $21 million ◊ February 2017 – February 2021 ◊ Supplement the monitoring and program management efforts of USAID/Iraq staff, and verify, monitor and support USAID program performance evaluation in Iraq.

Yemen Monitoring & Evaluation Project II (YMEP II) ◊ $19 million ◊ June 2015 – June 2018 ◊ Support USAID’s Bureau for the Middle East through data collection, analysis and reporting to provide current information that may shape and inform future post-conflict programming.

USAID Evaluating and Learning from USAID/KEA Conflict Management Activities ◊ $2,499,564 ◊ October 2014 - October 2019 ◊ Provide on-going evaluation and learning (E&L) services to USAID/East Africa’s conflict management activities, with a primary focus on the regional community peace-building activity, PEACE III.
