Disclaimer Sector Development and Competitiveness: Key Personnel Patricio Crespo: Patricio Crespo is Vice President at IBTCI and in charge of the Firm's Project Management and Administration Division. In this capacity, he oversees all of IBTCI program management functions and liaises with clients to ensure timely and quality project deliverables. Mr. Crespo is a management consultant by training with a functional focus in Private Sector Development, and in Privatization in particular. He has carried out direct project assignments, as well as home office-based management roles on Private Sector Development projects in Nigeria, India, Georgia, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Hungary, South Korea, Bolivia, and Argentina, among other countries. He continues to provide technical leadership and input in on-going projects in areas including national privatization program management, transaction support services, investment promotion, corporate governance, and institutional development.
