Elizabeth Cunningham is a Director, M&E, and has recently served in the capacity as Chief of Party for the Monitoring, Evaluation and Coordination Contract for USAID/Democratic Republic of Congo. Beth joined IBTCI in 2015 as Deputy Team Leader on the DFID-funded Somalia Monitoring Program based in Nairobi, Kenya. She has over a decade of experience working with bilateral donors and foundations on initiatives related to governance, stabilization, and human rights, including long-term assignments on USAID programs focused on local governance and community development in Afghanistan, anti-corruption efforts in Bangladesh, and parliamentary strengthening in Haiti. Ms. Cunningham received her M.A in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and her B.A. in Government from the College of William and Mary. She speaks French fluently.
