Currently, he serves as the IBTCI team leader/interim CEO of Nepal Bank Limited on a World Bank sponsored project. Mr. McAllister has operated in senior roles on donor funded projects and in the private banking sector, including as Director of IBTCI's Banking and Finance Practice. In that capacity, he supervised and implemented overseas projects. Previously, Mr. McAllister held senior positions in corporate and merchant banking at Bank of America where he oversaw operations in Europe, the Middle East and the United Kingdom.
