Tunisia: Independent Review of the African Development Bank Group’s Fiduciary Safeguards 2011-2012 (AfDB): 

IBTCI is currently reviewing the Bank’s current fiduciary safeguards management structures and its alignment with the new decentralization roadmap. IBTCI is implementing a SWOT analysis and identifying areas of gaps between the Bank’s current fiduciary rules, practices and structures and best practices in sister institutions to ensure delivery of Roadmap objectives. IBTCI will formulate proposals and recommendations to mitigate the weaknesses and gaps identified and strengthen fiduciary risks management rules, practices and structures in an enhanced decentralized Bank taking into account the increasing number of Field offices and Regional Resource Centers.
