Peace through Evaluation, Learning and Adapting (PELA) Activity

IBTCI has been contracted by USAID/West Africa to provide services to enhance the Mission’s effectiveness at countering violent extremism and promoting peace by enhancing knowledge acquisition and knowledge utilization.  The Peace through Evaluation, Learning and Adapting (PELA) Activity will provide support to USAID/WA’s portfolio that addresses structural weakness in the region for preventing violent conflict, with specific focus on CVE and support to institutions that promote peaceful processes.   Specifically, PELA will help to strengthen USAID/WA’s effectiveness in implementing its projects, coordinating its activities and learning from its experiences.  PELA will also help to build USAID/WA’s role as an information hub and thought leader for peace promotion and countering violent extremism in the West Africa region.
