Land Tenure and Resource Management (LTRM) Evaluation

IBTCI has conducted a performance evaluation of USAID's Land Tenure and Resource Management (LTRM) for TransLinks, Global Sustainable Tourism Alliance (GSTA), and Property Rights and Resource Governance (PRRG) mechanisms. Each mechanism includes core-funded activities and/or associate awards or mission buy-ins from the field. The evaluation consists of an extensive literature review, key informant interviews and field work for case studies in Ethiopia, Uganda, Liberia and Kenya in order to evaluate the central mechanisms which control these programs.
