IBTCI to provide M&E services to OFDA and FFP in Yemen

IBTCI is implementing a Monitoring & Evaluation program of USAID's Office for Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) and Food For Peace (FFP) portfolio of humanitarian assistance in Yemen. Over the life of this program, IBTCI is carrying activity verification, output and outcome monitoring and data quality assessments. Additionally, IBTCI will carry out a formative and summative evaluations of the the OFDA and FFP portfolio.  The goal of the Yemen OFDA and FFP M&E Program is to provide a comprehensive picture of ground activities to facilitate learning and enhancement for future OFDA and FFP activities. Through this contract IBTCI will be monitoring and evaluating OFDA and FFP projects that include initiatives in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), agriculture and food security, and health and nutrition.
