IBTCI is pleased to announce it has been awarded the Evaluation Services and Program Support (ESPS) in East Africa. ESPS is a five-year, $23 million dollar ceiling award managed by USAID/Kenya’s Office of Population and Health (OPH) and USAID/East Africa’s Regional Health and HIV/AIDS Office (RHH). IBTCI will be providing services in program monitoring and evaluation, data quality assessments, capacity building, logistics for events, meeting facilitation and other support needs. IBTCI’s team includes Research Solutions Africa based in Nairobi Kenya and the Centre for Population and Applied Statistics, a semi-autonomous training and research center within Makerere University in Kampala Uganda. USAID/Kenya’s Office of Population and Health (OPH) support programs in HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Family Planning and Maternal and Child Health, Malaria and Health Systems Strengthening. USAID/East Africa’s Regional Health and HIV/AIDS Office (RHH) supports programs in HIV/AIDS and family planning, covering Burundi, Central Africa Republic, Djibouti, Somalia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.
