USAID/West Africa Evidence for Development in Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Mauritania, Niger, and Togo ◊ $13,485,910 ◊ February 2015 – January 2020 ◊ Increasing the availability of evidence for health interventions to inform policy development and improve resource allocation for public health programming in West and Central Africa.
USAID/East Africa Evaluation Services and Program Support (ESPS) based in Kenya ◊ $23 million ◊ August 2013 – August 2018 ◊ Supporting USAID/Kenya Office of Population and Health (OPH) and USAID/East Africa Regional Health and HIV/AIDS Office (RHH) in meeting day-to-day information needs to make informed program management decisions.

USAID Ebola Pillar II Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Activity in Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone ◊ $8.5 million ◊ October 2016 – October 2019 ◊ Mitigating second-order development impacts of the Ebola outbreak across 6 sectors.
USAID/Eastern and Southern Caribbean in Barbados and 9 countries ◊ May 2017 – May 2022 ◊ $6.5 million ◊ Monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting of results, focusing on common challenges to the region’s sustainable development: namely crime and security, HIV/AIDS prevalence, and global climate change.
Impact Evaluation of the Integrated Health Project (IHP) and Results Based Financing (RBF) in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) ◊ USAID ◊ October 2013 – September 2015 ◊ $ 3.5 million ◊ RBF in DRC aims to improve health care facility performance and improve the quality of health services and care.
