Capacity Building & Training
In many of our programs, our teams often lead both regular, formal trainings, as well as hands-on, ad hoc technical assistance to national counterparts, IPs, local partners and local institutions. We also work closely with local partners to improve their data collection and analytical techniques to achieve high-impact partnerships and promote sustainable development. IBTCI utilizes a multitude of capacity building methods including capacity needs assessments, on-job training, trainings and workshops, internships, and distance learning, amongst others. IBTCI regularly conducts enumerator trainings, as well as numerous events to support the development of skills of field staff, to ensure a quality product for the applicable donor Mission. IBTCI holds USAID’s Human and Institutional Capacity Building (HICD) IDIQ and, previously, MCC’s Capacity Building Assessment, Training and Development IDIQ.
